Round 1 (4min T/C): 3-3-3-3-3 (35/95, 45/105, 55/115, 65/125, 75/135)

Round 2 (3min T/C): 2-2-2-2-2 (75/135, 85/145, 95/155, 105/165, 115/175)

Round 3 (2min T/C): 1-1-1-1-1 (115/175, 125/195, 135/215, 145/235, 155/245)


RX Womens/Mens - (40+)


Round 1 (4min T/C): 3-3-3-3-3 (35/95, 45/105, 55/115, 65/125, 75/135)

Movement Standards

Athletes must clean barbells (Power or Squat). Athletes must have the barbell on their shoulders with hips locked out at top. Snatches Are NOT allowed.
