About the Event
Teams will each get 5 minutes and 3 attempts per athlete to find their 1 rep max. They will alternate turns until both athletes complete all 3 attempts. They will follow this sequence for all 3 rounds.

RX MOVEMENT STANDARDS
Power Clean: Must lock out hips at the top. Cannot squat at bottom of clean
Shoulder Press: Must lock out elbows at the top, with hips locked.
Deadlift: Must lock out hips at the top.
SCALE MOVEMENT STANDARDS
Power Clean: Must lock out hips at the top. Cannot squat at bottom of clean
