About the Event
Teams will complete 100 reps on bench press. Athletes will take turns, while athlete 1 is performing bench press, athlete 2 must hold 2 dumbbells over head. Athletes will switch every time there is a broken rep or a hold is broken. Athletes time will be when reps are completed.

Barbell
Mens RX: 135lbs
Mens SC: 95lbs
Womens RX: 65lbs
Womens SC: 45lbs
Dumbbells
Mens RX: 35lbs
Mens SC: 30lbs
Womens RX: 20lbs
Womens SC: 15lbs
Movement Standards
Barbell must touch athletes chest. Arms must lock out at top of press. Athletes performing the DB hold must have DB over head.
