About the Event

Teams will complete 100 reps on bench press. Athletes will take turns, while athlete 1 is performing bench press, athlete 2 must hold 2 dumbbells over head. Athletes will switch every time there is a broken rep or a hold is broken. Athletes will be scored when reps are completed.
