Becca Pierce

-
Master’s in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Western Washington University
-
CrossFit L1
-
Burgener Level 1 Certified
Coach Becca has been an athlete and mover her whole life with a background in dance and volleyball. She is originally from Idaho and lived all around the Pacific Northwest until June of 2025 when she decided to take a job in the Denver area and moved from Washington State. With a Master’s in Sport and Exercise Psychology Becca understands how to train people, loves helping people overcome mental obstacles and reach their goals. Her priority is to help people develop a lifelong fitness habit, not just achieve a quick goal and be done with the gym.
Becca is a Level 1 Certified CrossFit coach and for the last two years has been enjoying training people in the gym. She meets athletes where they are and encourages people to get the workout they need that day, no matter what is written on the board. She is excited to bring her energy and commitment to a new group of athletes here in Colorado. On top of being a fitness coach I am a Mental Strength Coach where I work with athletes, performers and coaches by teaching them tools based in Sport Psychology that help them overcome challenges to reach new heights.
When Becca is not in the gym training she can be found outside exploring the mountains, spending time line and swing dancing, throwing pottery, or curled up at home snuggling her partner and their two weiner dogs and reading a good book. She is so excited to be a part of your fitness journey and can’t wait to help you reach your current goals, and set new ones you never thought possible.

Izzy Bowman
Coach
-
2x IRONMAN Finisher (IRONMAN Coeur D'Alene & IRONMAN World Championships- Kona)
-
University of Iowa Women's Rowing (D1, Big Ten)
-
NASM Certified Personal Trainer
I’m a lifelong athlete, and endurance sports enthusiast who believes fitness should be empowering, fun, and accessible to everyone—no matter where you're starting from.
I started playing competitive soccer from the age of 5 until 16, then moved to running in the latter half of high school. As a freshman in college, I walked on to the University of Iowa Women's Rowing team where I competed 3x at the Big Ten Championships.
My post college background is rooted in the world of endurance events (yep, I’ve even crossed the finish line at the IRONMAN World Championship!), and I’ve spent years working behind the scenes to create unforgettable race experiences for athletes around the world. But what really lights me up is helping people discover how movement—whether it’s strength training, or endurance training—can be a powerful tool for building confidence, resilience, and joy.

Kenzie Aychman
Coach/Nutrition Coach
-

She leads with empathy, connection, and a genuine desire to help people feel at home in their bodies. With a master’s degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech and experience working with Division I athletes, Kenzie combines a strong foundation in science with a people-first approach.
After years of showing up for group fitness classes herself, Kenzie is excited to bring that same energy and encouragement to the front of the room. She believes that movement should be something you enjoy, not endure, and loves creating an uplifting space where every athlete feels supported. A natural competitor, she grew up as a competitive swimmer, played in rec soccer leagues, and took home the win with her team in the BAM division at Girls Gone Rx (a CrossFit competition in Bellingham, WA).
As one of our nutrition coaches, Kenzie uses a holistic approach, tailoring each plan to fit your unique habits, preferences, and lifestyle barriers. Whether your goal is better performance, sustainable weight changes, or simply feeling your best, she’s here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Kenzie is a Colorado native born and raised in Boulder. Outside the gym, she loves exploring the outdoors and enjoying a good cup of coffee with friends and family. She’s excited to help you thrive from the inside out!
