Joshua is a physical therapist and endurance performance coach who specializes in helping runners and athletes move past injury and toward their next breakthrough. His clinical focus is rooted in treating the shoulder and lower extremity—from foot and ankle injuries in runners to shoulder pathology in overhead athletes—which allows him to deliver highly targeted, sport-specific rehab.
As a former college volleyball player, Joshua developed a deep understanding of the demands placed on the shoulder and entire kinetic chain. This background, paired with years of working with professional overhead athletes, fuels his ability to blend biomechanics, strength, and performance into every plan of care.
At Cursor Physical Therapy and Performance, he bridges the gap between traditional rehab and true athletic development. He combines research-backed treatment, forward-thinking programming, and personalized coaching to help athletes stay pain-free, resilient, and ready for long-term success—whether they’re training for a marathon, competing on the court, or returning to sport after injury.
Joshua’s philosophy is simple: meet athletes where they are, build confidence through clarity, and move forward together.

Josh's practice is inside The Training Ground.

Dr. Megan Davis is a Colorado native moving back to the Denver area after completing her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Central College in Pella, Iowa and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T.
