Summer Reset nutrition challenge

We will be focusing on 5 touch points:

1. NUTRITION: 8 weeks consisting of a 1 week maintenance phase to find your baseline, 6 weeks of either surplus or deficit depending on your goals, and then a 1 week “re-feed” to make sure you metabolism doesn’t slow down 

 

2. SLEEP: we will be setting goals with everyone and helping people stay accountable 

 

3. WATER: we will be giving people water goals based on weight and helping people stay accountable 

 

4. EXERCISE: we will be focusing on hitting specific amount of exercise each week including walking, hiking, swimming etc and keeping people accountable 

 

5. BODY COMPOSITION: we will be asking everyone to use a measuring tape to keep track of any progress; neck measurement, arms, thighs etc. 

 

6. ACCOUNTABILITY: we will be sending out weekly google forms for everyone to individually fill out to see what is going well and what people need help with. This will be a personalized way for Kenzie and I to reach out to you and to do our best to help personalize the program to your needs.
