Tyler Weed has a passion for helping people along their health and fitness journey, and being able to show people that they are capable of so much more than they think. He always meets you where you’re at, then focuses on reaching your individual goals while striving to make exercise enjoyable.
Tyler has experience with weight training, conditioning, performance training, youth sports training, and Olympic weightlifting.
Tyler has trained like an athlete for most of his life, and has more recently started focusing on CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting as well as running. Outside of the gym, he enjoys playing baseball, golfing, and hanging out with his partner and their 2 dogs, Howie and Dallas.
Tyler is from the Pacific Northwest, he grew up in the northwest corner of Washington state. He made the move to Colorado in June 2025 and is really excited for the next chapter of his life.
One of Tyler’s favorite parts about training is being able to build a relationship with each person. He also enjoys seeing each person succeed and grow in the gym in their own ways, then watching how it affects the rest of their life.

Personal Trainer
Haylee Hansen
-
NASM CPT

Haylee has been a personal trainer since 2022 and loves helping people feel strong, capable, and confident. One of her favorite parts of coaching is helping people do things they didn’t think they could do and getting to know the people she works with along the way. She also believes workouts should be something you enjoy, so she brings plenty of energy and fun into her coaching.

Haylee enjoys a little bit of everything when it comes to training. She’s currently training for HYROX, but also loves running, lifting, and mixing things up. She enjoys training for races and challenges, but also loves helping people work toward whatever their goals may be.

Haylee recently moved to Colorado from California with her husband, their two kids, and their chocolate lab. Outside of the gym, she enjoys getting outside, reading a good book, and spending time with her family.
She’s excited to meet new people, be part of the community, and help members find a more confidence in what they’re capable of.

Personalized Run Coaching
Heather Abrahamson
-
NSCA CSCS, RRCA-Certified Run Coach

Heather has spent over 20 years in the fitness industry — training, coaching, managing clubs, youth conditioning, run coaching, and building wellness programs from the ground up. A graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Health & Exercise Science, she holds her Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through NSCA and is a certified run coach through the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA).

As an endurance and hybrid athlete herself, Heather doesn't just coach the work — she lives it. She's completed multiple Ironmans, is a 7x Boston qualifier, loves doing destination races all across the country, and has started competing in HYROX. If there's a start line, she's probably lining up for it.

Her coaching philosophy is simple: program for the strongest athlete in the room, then scale it so everybody finds their own version of success. She's a hype girl at heart — equal parts encourager and accountability partner — and believes deeply in training our bodies for long-term health and longevity, not just short-term results. Getting to know her clients and walking through life with them is her favorite part of the job.

Outside the gym, Heather cherishes her role as wife and mom to two young girls. Raised in Boulder, Colorado, she's passed down a love of the outdoors to her family — from biking and boating to hiking and just about any sport they can play together. They jump at any excuse to travel and explore new places, and their faith and church community remain central to how they live as a family.
