About the Event
Athlete 1 will complete as many meters as possible in 5 minutes. While A1 is rowing, A2 will be trying to get as many reps as possible in the chipper. When 5 minutes is up, Athletes will switch blocks and go for another 5 minutes. Athletes will have a 1 minute transition between 5 minute blocks.

Movement Standards
RX MOVEMENT STANDARDS
Rower: Athletes can set damper to whatever setting they want.
Thruster: Athletes must squat down past 90* and elbows must lock out overhead.
Box Overs: Athletes can either jump or step over the box. They must also have both feet touch the top of the box for the rep to count.
Bar Burpees: Athletes' chest must touch the ground during the burpee. They will be parallel to the bar and must jump laterally over the bar.
