Standards
Men RX: 275lbs
Men SC: 205lbs
Women RX: 205lbs
Women SC: 135lbs
Movement Standards
Athletes must lock out hips at top of deadlift. (See judge for movement variations for different height partners).
Burpees must be performed in synchro. No reps will be given if athletes chest to ground and hops are not in alignment.
