About the Event
Teams will both have to complete 10 ruck lunges, 5 bar facing burpees and prescribed reps of thrusters in the allotted time to not be knocked out. Athlete 1 will start while Athlete 2 weights. Athlete 2 will start when Athlete 1 finishes. They will rest if they beat the EMOM timer. Teams will be placed off of when they get knocked out.

Workout
100 seconds for both athletes to complete:
10 Ruck Lunges
5 Bar Facing Burpee
1 Thruster (Add +1 Rep Each Round)
RX:
Men:
Ruck: 50lbs
Bar: 95lbs
Women:
Ruck: 35lbs
Bar: 45lbs
Movement Standards
Ruck Lunge: Athletes must have ruck either in a zercher or shouldered position before starting reps. Athletes knee must touch the ground every rep, and hips must lock out at the top.
Bar Facing Burpee: Athletes must be facing the bar during their burpee. They must hop over with both feet leaving and landing at the same time.
Thruster: Bar will start on the ground. Athletes must squat and press in one singular motion. Athletes must hid 90 degree at bottom of the rep and must have hips extended and arms locked at top of thruster.
