About the Event
Teams will start the event by completing a 100/90/80 Calorie SkiERG in an IGYO format. Athletes not working on the SkiERG will be required to be in a DB farmer hold. Once finished, they will continue with the IGYG format and will each complete 15-12-9 of snatches.

Movement Standards
SkiERG: Athletes can set damper to any level they prefer
Farmer Hold: Athletes must hold dumbbells on their side. If athletes drop dumbbells, athletes must switch positions.
Snatches: Barbell must touch the ground at the bottom of every rep and must be extended above the head with elbows locked at the top of the rep. Athletes can power snatch or squat snatch.
