About the Event

Teams will start the event by completing a 100 Calorie SkiERG in an IGYO format. Once finished, they will continue with the IGYG format and will each complete 21-15-9 of snatches. Athletes not working on the barbell will be required to be in a ring suspended hold.

Movement Standards

SkiERG: Athletes can set damper to any level they prefer


Snatches: Barbell must touch the ground at the bottom of every rep and must be extended above the head with elbows locked at the top of the rep. Athletes can power snatch or squat snatch.
