About the Event
Teams will start the event by completing a 3000 Meter row in an IGYO format. Once finished, they will continue with the IGYG format and will each complete 5 rounds of DT (10 total).

Movement Standards
Rower: Athletes can set damper to any level they prefer. Deadlift: Athletes must touch the ground at the bottom of the lift and must stand upright at the top of the lift with hips extended.
Hang Clean: Barbell cannot go below the athletes knees and must be front racked at the top of the lift. Athletes and perform power hang cleans or squat hang cleans.
Shoulder To Overhead: Athletes elbows must be fully extended at the top of the press. Athletes can strict press, push press, or jerk press the bar if needed. Hips must be fully extended at the end of the press.
